Chris Bowens was born in Baltimore, MD where he attended Baltimore Polytechnic Institute. He graduated and joined the U.S. Navy in 1993. Following his Navy training, Chris joined John Hopkins – Carey Business School in Baltimore, MD. While enlisted, Chris started several small businesses.  To assist other startup enterprises, Chris founded the XXLed Industrial Corp in 2002 to begin providing digital business solutions.  Throughout the process, Chris familiarized himself with programming & designing intelligent business models online. Through international partnerships, XXLed Industrial Corp became a pioneer in web technology.  Chris brings his digital expertise to Interculture to help facilitate client solutions.
