A former consultant to President Obama's transition team for public diplomacy, Saafir is a member of the Pacific Council on International Policy, and a board member of Educate Girls Globally.
Kofi helped to establish Dubai’s first investment promotion agency as head of strategy and was also the head of strategy for the private office of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Ruler of Dubai, Prime Minister of the UAE.
An avid clay target shooting competitor, Matthew has twice won the individual and team Champion Medal for all British Universities.
