Marnell is an attorney who has developed unique legal experience representing individuals and businesses by negotiating agreements in various countries, including France, India, Indonesia and the United Arab Emirates.  Marnell brings to the Interculture team the skills of legal strategy, corporate governance and high level government and corporate negotiating.  Marnell is admitted to practice before several courts in the United States and he was appointed by the Governor of the State of Maryland and the Mayor of the city of Baltimore to serve as a Commissioner on the Baltimore City Public Schools Board of Commissioners.
