Matthew Palmer provides his experience as a business attorney representing international property development, mergers and acquisitions and structured finance. Prior to practicing law, Matthew worked as an energy economist.  He holds a J.D. from the University of Maryland School of Law and an M.A. in Economics from Cambridge University. As an accredited LEED certified professional, Matthew designs strategies and development contracts for alternative energy and development deals.  An avid clay target shooting competitor, Matthew has twice won the individual and team Champion Medal for all British Universities.
